We believe that children can begin music lessons around 5 to 6 years of age, however, this can vary as each child is unique. We will be happy to talk with you about your child’s readiness.
We love starting students as beginners so that we can establish a great foundation. However, we accept students of all ages and levels, including adults and transfer students.
No, we do not. Our focus is on teaching students how to play their instrument and developing good technique, posture, coordination, and artistry.
Students should plan on 4 to 5 days of quality practice each week in order to complete their assignments.
Yes, we host 3 to 4 recitals yearly, offer The Certificate of Merit®, and other performance opportunities.
We are happy to meet with students and parents first, whether in a lesson or interview and answer questions regarding purchasing an instrument.

While we strive to expose our students to a variety of repertoire, our teaching focuses primarily on the study of classical music.

All lessons are conducted in person, but we offer online and video lesson options in cases of illness or emergencies.
